Privacy Policy

DNA PLUS DIGITAL LLC (dba DNA+) · Last updated 10 August 2026

This policy explains what information DNA PLUS DIGITAL LLC (“DNA+”, “we”, “us”) collects, why we collect it, and what we do with it. It covers our website and our secure payment setup page, where business clients provide bank account details for billing.

The short version

When you enter bank account details on our payment setup page, those numbers go directly from your browser to Intuit, the company that operates QuickBooks. They do not pass through our systems and we never store them.

What we keep is a reference token from Intuit, the last four digits of the account, and a record that you authorized us to debit it.

Information we collect

When you set up a payment method

Our payment setup page collects the account holder name, account type, phone number, routing number, and account number. The routing and account numbers are transmitted from your browser straight to Intuit's tokenization service, which returns an opaque reference token. We receive only that token.

We store the following:

What we storeWhy
The last four digits of the account numberSo you and we can identify which account is on file
Account type (checking or savings, business or personal)Required to process an ACH debit correctly
The reference token and payment method identifier from IntuitTo bill the account through QuickBooks
The exact authorization wording shown to you, and the time you agreedRequired proof of authorization under Nacha rules
The IP address and browser the authorization came fromEvidence supporting that record
Your business name and contact emailTo identify the account and send confirmations

We do not store your full account number or routing number. They are not written to our database, our logs, or any file we hold.

When you visit our website

Our hosting provider records standard server information such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies on our marketing site.

How we use it

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for advertising.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run our business. Each receives only what it needs:

ProviderWhat it handles
Intuit (QuickBooks & QuickBooks Payments)Receives your bank account details directly, stores your payment method, and processes debits. Your relationship with Intuit is governed by their own privacy policy.
NetlifyHosts our websites and the payment setup page
SupabaseHosts the database holding the records described above

We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

How long we keep it

We retain authorization records for at least two years after the last debit against the account, which is the minimum period Nacha rules require for ACH authorizations. Billing and accounting records are kept as long as tax and corporate law require. Payment setup links expire after seven days and can be used only once.

How we protect it

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. We designed this one so that the most sensitive information never enters it.

Your choices

You can revoke a payment authorization at any time by emailing devin@aplusdna.com. You may also ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.

Removing a stored payment method from your QuickBooks profile is done through Intuit; we can help you do it.

Children

Our services are provided to businesses. They are not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Changes do not alter the authorization wording you already agreed to — we keep a copy of the exact text you were shown at the time.
